DMDM hydantoin                                 0.30

Aminomethyl propanol 95%                  q.s.

Procedure:

Weigh the deionized water and beat in moderate speed. Add the carbomer. Mix for about 20 to 30 minutes until no lumps are seen. Then add gradually the polyacrylate-14 and adjust the mixer speed to prevent splashing. Add the sorbitol and mix for five minutes. Gradually add panthenol, propylene glycol, Versene 100, Silsense copolyol, and DMDM hydantoin. Mix thoroughly for five to ten minutes. Adjust pH to 6.8 to 7.2 using aminomethyl propanol and mix again for five minutes. Pour into plastic tubes.
